These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Shirsh TechnoSolutions ("Shirsh", "we", "our"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Shirsh provides engineering consulting services including but not limited to:
Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulation.
Parametric CAD modeling and design optimization.
Software licensing (as an authorized reseller for ANSYS, SolidWorks, and other platforms).
Professional training programs in CAE, FEA, and CFD.
Custom engineering software development.
2. Engagement Terms
All consulting engagements are governed by individual project proposals and statements of work.
Deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in the project proposal and must be agreed upon in writing.
Changes to project scope require written approval and may affect timelines and fees.
3. Intellectual Property
All analysis reports, simulation models, and deliverables created by Shirsh become the property of the client upon full payment.
Shirsh retains the right to use anonymized project data for marketing and portfolio purposes unless explicitly restricted.
Third-party software (ANSYS, SolidWorks, etc.) remains the property of their respective owners and is subject to their license terms.
4. Payment Terms
Training program fees are due at the time of registration.
Software license fees are subject to vendor pricing and are non-refundable once activated.
Consulting fees are invoiced as per the project proposal — typically 50% advance and 50% on delivery.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. GST applies as per applicable rates.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client project data as confidential. We will not disclose your proprietary information to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
Simulation results are based on the inputs, boundary conditions, and assumptions provided. Shirsh is not liable for outcomes resulting from inaccurate input data.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Training Programs
Course schedules and content are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the start date for a full refund.
Course materials are for personal use only and may not be redistributed.
8. Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
Content on our website (articles, case studies, insights) is provided for informational purposes and should not be used as a substitute for professional engineering judgment.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
