Our Journey
Humble Beginning
The Spark It all begins. Our founder, Amit Nirmal, establishes the company to tackle a specific challenge: a high-level Finite Element Analysis (FEA) project for an EOT (Electric Overhead Traveling) crane. The foundation is laid: precision engineering, deep analysis, and a focus on safety.
Building a Reputation
We complete our 10th successful project, becoming a trusted name in crane and lifting equipment analysis. Expanded our expertise in Process Industry, Heavy Engineering, Automobile, Pump and Valves and Tied with MIDAS NFX
Expanding Our Horizons
We expand our services beyond just FEA to include full-scale mechanical design, structural auditing, or CFD. Expanded our expertise in the Renewable Industry, Partnered with various institutes for the Institute-Industry Bridge program. Became an ANSYS and SOLIDWORKS Authorised training centre. We are now Channel Partner for ANSYS Inc in Mumbai, IN
Growth & Recognition
Our team grows to 15 expert engineers and designers, allowing us to handle larger, more complex projects. We achieve a major milestone: 300+ Successful Projects. Expanded clients in overseas. We started with Software development program on Open-Source Platform.
Innovating for the Future
We invest heavily in new technology, adopting ANSYS, NFX and other open-source tools to deliver even faster and more accurate results. We released the first version of IMDAS - FEA based Solar MMS design and optimization sofware with CODE Compliance check in-built.

Conducts Online training and Workshops for Product Design Validation using Computer Aided Engineering.
Expert in Solar Energy System Design – Structural for both rooftop and ground-mounted solutions including trackers (single axis & dual axis).
Design Consulting for Mechanical System Design such as Material Handling Systems, Pumping Applications, Prime Movers, Mechanism Design, Machine Building and Load Bearing Structures design according to various standard codes.
Member of IIT-GERMI for imparting technical training in Solar PV Industry in Structures.
